Chuck has over 20 years of experience in multiple aspects of communication technology, including design engineering, manufacturing engineering, production test system design and sales engineering and support.

Chuck was a part of the initial R8000 design team and is also largely responsible for the automated factory calibration software used in its production.

Chuck has a Bachelor’s in Engineering from LeTourneau University.

Wayne Black has more than 30 years’ experience in the communications field.

His background includes shuttle program mission planning, satellite tracking system design, satellite communications, radar system development, and analog and digital two-way radio system test.

Wayne is responsible for setting the direction of road maps and product development requirements in response to the changing technologies and needs of our LMR customers.

He holds Bachelor‘s and Master’s Degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
